Neither one wins every job.

Who should stay with AroFlo

  • Detailed stock control, inventory kits and a schedule of rates drive your quoting. AroFlo publishes all three.
  • You want the ledger in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or Reckon. AroFlo lists integrations with all four.
  • You would rather one tier sized to you on a quote than pick a plan yourself, and you are happy to ask for the price.

Switch to CatchaCRM if

  • You want the price on the page rather than on a call.
  • Tickets with SLA timers, queues and escalation rules matter to you, and AroFlo does not publish a support desk.
  • You want deals with pipeline stages behind the trade CRM, not contacts and jobs alone.
