Neither one wins every job.
Who should stay with Fergus
- You want GST-compliant tax invoices and BAS handled by the job tool itself. Fergus publishes both on its pricing page.
- MYOB is on your list. Fergus names Xero, QuickBooks and MYOB together.
- Most of your team only fills in timesheets. Fergus prices timesheet users separately at a lower monthly rate than full users.
Switch to CatchaCRM if
- Every extra person on the tools should not add another monthly fee.
- You want email and SMS campaigns and review invitations, which Fergus does not publish.
- You want deals with pipeline stages behind the enquiries, and tickets with SLA timers for the ones that turn into problems.
