CatchaCRM vs HubSpot

HubSpot is a go-to-market platform sold per seat and split across Hubs, so quoting, service and marketing each sit in a different product. CatchaCRM puts the job, the quote, the invoice and the ticket in one workspace at a flat plan price, and the table below reads HubSpot's side off its own pricing and product pages.

Neither one wins every job.

Who should stay with HubSpot

  • Marketing is the main event. HubSpot publishes email sends, social media management and a marketing product built around that work.
  • You want to start at no cost. HubSpot's free tier covers up to two users with no card required.
  • Selling is the whole business and you want deal pipelines, stages and forecasting from a platform that does nothing else.

Switch to CatchaCRM if

  • You dispatch crews to sites. HubSpot does not publish job scheduling or dispatch.
  • Quoting should not sit behind a separate Hub at its Professional tier.
  • Per-seat pricing is the problem. CatchaCRM includes users up to your plan cap instead of charging for each one.
