CatchaCRM vs Pipedrive
Pipedrive is a sales CRM: the pipeline is excellent and everything after the sale is handed to another tool. CatchaCRM keeps the quote, the job, the invoice and the ticket in the same workspace, and the table below reads Pipedrive's side off its own feature pages and support documentation.

Neither one wins every job.
Who should stay with Pipedrive
- Pipeline management is the whole job for you. Pipedrive publishes customisable pipelines and stages on every plan.
- You already run an invoicing app you like. Pipedrive sends invoices out to it rather than trying to replace it.
- You want a CRM your reps will open every day, with nothing else in the way of that.
Switch to CatchaCRM if
- You dispatch crews to sites. Pipedrive does not publish job scheduling or dispatch.
- Invoices should be raised beside the deal rather than handed to a second app.
- Paying per seat whether or not the seat is assigned does not suit how your team changes through the year.
Try it against your own jobs for 21 days.
Pick an industry blueprint at signup and the workspace is built before you log in. No card needed to look around.
