Module

Fill the pipeline from inside the CRM.

Marketing & Growth generates the leads the rest of the workspace works. Campaigns, reviews, referrals and inbound forms write back to the same lead records, so where a customer came from is not a separate spreadsheet.

What is in Marketing & growth.

Every capability below is a line from the module table in our terms of service — the list your subscription actually entitles you to.

Campaigns

  • Email & SMS campaigns
  • Campaign lists and send logs

Reputation and referrals

  • Review invitations & reputation management
  • Review invitations after completed jobs
  • Referral & affiliate programs
  • Referral codes and rewards

Inbound

  • Inbound forms, chat widgets, lead calculators

How work moves through it.

  1. Build the list

A campaign list is drawn from the contacts and leads already in the workspace, not an exported CSV.

  2. Send it

Email and SMS campaigns go out, and every send is recorded in the campaign's send log.

  3. Capture the reply

Inbound forms, chat widgets and lead calculators create leads with the source they came from attached.

  4. Ask for the review

After a completed job, a review invitation goes to the customer and the rating comes back on the record.

  5. Reward the referral

Referral and affiliate programs track the code that brought the lead in, so the reward is owed to the right person.
