Module

From quote to paid, in one ledger.

Five of the fourteen modules in your subscription sit in this one back office: quoting and invoicing, subscriptions and recurring billing, payments and banking, accounts payable, and financial reporting. It runs alongside your accounting software, not instead of it.

How work moves through it.

  1. Quote the work

Build a quote from your catalog and send the customer a link they approve online.

  2. Convert it

One click turns the approved quote into an invoice, carrying the line items and your own document numbering.

  3. Send it for payment

The invoice goes out through your own Stripe or PayPal account with a public pay and view link.

  4. Reconcile

Paid status syncs back automatically, and an imported bank statement is matched against the ledger.

  5. Report on it

AR/AP ageing and GST/BAS summaries read from that same ledger, so nothing is re-keyed to produce them.
