The staff phone companion is a phone view of CatchaCRM for the people doing the work. It opens automatically in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen, so there is no app store download. The full CRM stays on desktop, and you can switch between the two.

A bottom bar gives one-tap access to My Schedule, My Jobs, My Comms (messages and team chat), Tickets and More.

- No. It is a web app that runs in the phone's browser. You can add it to the home screen, and there is nothing to download from an app store.
- No. The phone companion is online only, so the phone needs a connection to use it.
- No. Staff only ever see their own work. An admin can set My Jobs to show "Mine" or "All jobs", per role or per person. Showing all jobs also needs view-all on the Field module.
- Yes. Contractors enter timesheets on the phone as well. They need an active staff record linked to them and the Payroll module. Their approved hours go to a purchase order, while employees' hours go to a pay run.
- No. Notifications show in the bell inside the app. There are no phone push notifications.
